  • 7 - 10 red chilies
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp roasted shrimp paste
  • A dash of sugar
  • 1 tbsp mushroom bouillon
  • A pinch of salt

  1. Start by finely slicing of fresh long beans, setting them aside for later use.

  2. In a mortar or we call it ulekan , finely mash together red chilies, garlic, roasted shrimp paste, a dash of sugar, a pinch of salt, and mushroom bouillon.
