Pair these delectable vegetable gyoza with our zesty and spicy dipping sauce for a perfect balance of flavors. This recipe is a mouthwatering fusion of crispiness and tantalizing tang – a must-try for food enthusiasts!

Ingredients
  • 1 pack instant gyoza skin
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • ½ cup carrots
  • 1 cup bean curd
  • ½ cup green peppers
  • 1 spring onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp mushroom bouillon
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (you can change it into vegan oyster sauce)
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • A pinch of sugar
  • Vegetable oil for sautéing
  • Water
Instructions
  1. First, finely chop the carrots, cabbage and green peppers using a food processor or crush them with a knife until finely chopped.Boil the bean curd until cooked then chop it finely or use a food processor.

  2. Boil the bean curd until cooked then chop it finely or use a food processor.

  3. Mix the finely chopped vegetables with the beancurd then add the eggs, soy sauce, oyster sauce, mushroom bouillon, sugar and white pepper. Mix well.

  4. Pour in the oil, then saute the grated garlic and ginger. After that, add the vegetable mixture and stir well until cooked. To give it a delicious aroma, pour in a little sesame oil and add sliced green onions. Set aside.

  5. Take one sheet of gyoza skin, then brush the edges of the skin with water, then place a tablespoon of the vegetable mixture in the middle.

  6. Fold the gyoza skin into a half moon, pressing the edges to create a nice crease.

  7. Heat the steamer, then steam the gyoza that has been made for 5 minutes.

  8. After that, Vegetarian Gyoza is ready to be served!
