Description

Thai Iced Tea offers a tantalizing blend of robust black tea, subtly spiced undertones, and velvety sweetness from condensed milk, creating a harmonious explosion of flavors that dance on your taste buds with every refreshing sip.

Ingredients
  • 30 ml condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp thai tea
  • 50 ml evaporated milk
  • 400 ml water
  • Ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Begin by bringing 400 ml of water to a gentle boil in a saucepan. Once the water reaches a boil, add 2 tablespoons of Thai tea leaves to the water. Allow the tea leaves to steep in the hot water for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse fully.

  2. After the tea has steeped, it's time to strain out the leaves. Using a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth, carefully strain the brewed tea into a separate container. This step ensures a smooth and sediment-free base for your Thai Iced Tea.

  3. Once you have strained the tea, it's time to add the sweetness. In a glass or pitcher, pour 30 ml of condensed milk.

  4. Now add ice cubes and slowly pour the brewed Thai tea into the glass or pitcher. Finally add 50 ml of evaporated milk over the tea.
