Description

Introducing our sizzling sensation, Yakimeshi Extravaganza! Immerse your taste buds in a culinary adventure as tender grains of perfectly seasoned Japanese rice dance with an array of vibrant vegetables, succulent diced meats, and a symphony of savory sauces.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup rice
  • few pieces of shrimp
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 egg
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp light soy sauce
  • Mushroom bouillon to taste
  • A little sugar
  • Oil
Instructions
  1. First, scramble the eggs, set aside.

  2. Heat a little oil in a pan. Fry the shrimp until cooked, then add rice, soy sauce, light soy sauce, mushroom bouillon, sugar, and black pepper. Stir well to ensure the seasoning is absorbed into the rice.

  3. Pour in the prepared scrambled eggs and add chopped green onions. Cook until all ingredients are well mixed and perfectly cooked.

  4. Remove the fried rice from the pan and serve, garnished with cilantro leaves or slices of fresh cucumber if desired.
