Line the round baking pan with parchment paper, ensuring it covers the bottom completely. This prevents the cake from sticking and aids in easy removal once it's done. Preheat your air fryer to 150°C for 5 minutes, ensuring it's nice and hot before you add the cake batter.
3 Carefully pour the prepared batter into the baking pan, spreading it out evenly with a spatula. Close the air fryer and set the timer for 30-35 minutes. Cooking times may vary depending on the model of your air fryer, so keep an eye on the cake towards the end to avoid overcooking.
4 After 30 minutes, insert a toothpick into the center of the cake. If it comes out clean with a few crumbs attached, your cake is ready. If not, continue cooking for another 5 minutes and check again. Once done, carefully remove the cake from the air fryer and let it cool after that keep in fridge for minimum 2 hours until sets.

Note
- : Greek yogurt tends to be thicker and creamier than regular yogurt, which can result in a denser and richer cake. Opt for full-fat Greek yogurt for the best texture and flavor.
- Ensure that your eggs and yogurt are at room temperature before you begin baking. Room temperature ingredients incorporate more evenly into the batter, resulting in a smoother texture.
- Just like with an oven, preheating your air fryer ensures that it's at the right temperature from the start, leading to more consistent results.
