Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup cabbage (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup carrot (slice)
  • 1/3 cup cucumber (slice)
  • 1/4 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup mushroom (slice)
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp tobiko
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Sesame oil (sauteeing the veg)
  • Sesame seed (sprinkle)
  • Salt to taste
  • Sauce
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp sugar syrup
  • A dash of vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seed
Instructions
  1. In a skillet, sauté the cabbage, carrot, bean sprouts, mushroom, and spinach with sesame oil and a pinch of salt until they are tender yet still vibrant and crisp. Set aside.

  2. In the same skillet, fry an egg in sesame oil until the edges are crispy and the yolk is runny. Set aside.
