Ingredients
  • 3 small eggplant
  • 1/2 tsp tahini (checkout the recipe for this)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • a pinch cayenne powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mushroom bouillon
  • a pinch of salt
  • chopped parsley (garnish)
Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill pan to medium-high heat. Place them on the grill and cook until the skin is charred and the flesh is soft.

  2. Once grilled, scoop out the flesh of the eggplants and transfer it to a chopping board and add crush garlic start to chopped them until smooth

  3. Now transfer it to a bowl add tahini, lemon juice, salt and mushrom bouillon. Mix it well.

  4. Transfer the Baba Ganoush to a serving bowl and drizzle it with olive oil and sprinkle cayenne powder. Garnish it with chopped parsley.
